The pharmacy of Mrs. Kalliopi Zoaki is one of the oldest pharmacies in the Prefecture of Lassithi, with an initial operating license in Neapoli, Lassithi in 1924. It was established in the city of Agios Nikolaos in 1968 (Betoura Pharmacy) where it operates until today.

In 2007, under the new management of the pharmacist Mrs. K. Zoaki, it was radically renovated to fully cover the requirements and needs of the area. A modern space was created with a minimalist aesthetic and enriched with all the latest developments around the field of medicine and beauty & health products.
